What coaching is, here.

No pep talks and no promise to change your life. Just a thoughtful second mind, some structure for your thinking and someone who will ask what you did about it.

  1. 1

    Prepare

Choose a session and tell me briefly what you would like to work on. Longer sessions include a short questionnaire.

  2. 2

    Talk it through

We meet by video call. We clarify the real question, look at options honestly and agree one or two next steps.

  3. 3

    Act and review

You receive written notes. In packages, we review what happened and adjust the plan at the next session.

Four areas of focus.

Drawn from a working life spent in law and in helping people make large decisions about where and how to build their lives.

  1. 01

    Entrepreneurship & Business Thinking

For people with an idea or an early business who want to test their thinking, understand the fundamentals and turn a plan into practical next steps.

  2. 02

    Career & Professional Direction

For anyone weighing a career decision, a change of field or a move abroad who wants clear thinking about options, skills and the road ahead.

  3. 03

    Leadership & Personal Growth

For people who want to lead themselves and others better: discipline, accountability, decision-making and the habits that make progress sustainable.

  4. 04

    Purpose & Direction

Structured conversations about values, ambitions and what a good next season would look like, ending in steps you can actually take.
