A twelve-week guided journal for the quiet end of the week. Each week takes one theme, from Attention and Discipline to Rest, Service and Beginning again. It offers a short reflection, three prompts and space to write by hand.

It asks for about twenty minutes, ideally on a Sunday, when the week behind you is still fresh and the next one has not yet started making demands. A closing “Looking back” page brings the twelve weeks together.

What’s inside

  • A short introduction on the Sunday pause and how to use the journal
  • Twelve weekly themes, each with a framing reflection and three prompts
  • Ruled writing space and a “carry forward” box for each week
  • A one-page review to complete after week twelve

How to use it

Print it single-sided and keep it somewhere you will see it on a Sunday. Use it on your own or with a spouse or friend. It also works in a small group, with each person sharing one answer.
